Managing Coliving Reservations
Where to Find Reservations
Go to Operations → Reservations. This shows all coliving stays — upcoming, current, and past.
Creating a Reservation Manually
- Go to Operations → Reservations
- Click Create reservation
- Select the member
- Select the room (or room group)
- Set the check-in and check-out dates
- Choose the payment method
- Save
The system checks availability and prevents double-bookings automatically.
Check-In
- Open the reservation from Operations → Reservations
- Click Check In
- The system records the check-in time
If Kisi is connected, door access was already granted automatically when the reservation was confirmed.
Check-Out
- Open the reservation
- Click Check Out
- The system records the check-out time
- Room status automatically changes to Cleaning
Approving a Pending Reservation
If the room has Require Confirmation turned on, reservations go Pending until you approve them.
- Open the reservation
- Click Confirm to approve or Cancel to decline
The member receives an email notification.
Adding Extras to a Reservation
From the reservation detail, use Add Resources to attach extras (e.g., airport transfer, extra linen, parking). Extras are added to the guest's invoice.
Changing a Guest's Room
If you need to move a guest to a different room after booking:
- Open the reservation
- Use the Change Room action
- Select the new room
Common Questions
Can I see who is currently checked in? Yes — go to Operations → Reservations and filter by status to see active stays.
What if a guest doesn't show up? Open the reservation and use the No Show action. This marks the reservation for your records.
Can a guest extend their stay? Yes — edit the reservation and update the check-out date. The invoice will be updated accordingly.
