Creating Your Member Account
Registering
Your workspace operator will either create your account for you or share a link to register yourself.
If registering yourself:
- Go to your workspace member portal (the link is provided by your operator)
- Click Register or Sign Up
- Enter your first name, last name, email address, password, and confirm your password
- Submit the form
You'll receive a verification email at the address you used.
Verifying Your Email
You must verify your email before you can make bookings.
- Open the verification email in your inbox
- Click the verification link
- You're now verified — all portal features are available
Didn't receive the email? Check your spam folder. If it's still not there, contact your workspace operator — they can resend it from the admin panel.
Link expired? Log in to the member portal and you'll be prompted to request a new verification email.
Logging In
- Go to your workspace member portal
- Click Log In
- Enter your email and password
- Click Sign In
Resetting Your Password
- On the login page, click Forgot password?
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox for a reset link
- Click the link and choose a new password
Your operator can also send you a password reset link directly if needed.
Common Questions
I can't log in even though I've verified my email. Try resetting your password using the Forgot Password link. If that doesn't work, contact your workspace operator.
Can I change my email address? Email changes need to be made by your workspace operator — contact them directly.
I registered but nothing happened. Check your spam folder for the verification email. If you can't find it, contact your workspace — they can verify your account manually.
