Co-Desk offers two plans designed around the stage of your operation. Both include a 30-day free trial — no credit card required to start.


Founder Plan — $69 / month

Built for first-time operators launching a single location with under 50 desks.

Platform fee: 1% on all bookings, collected automatically via Stripe Connect. This is in addition to the monthly subscription.

Stripe is required on the Founder Plan. Cash and bank transfer can be added as supplementary options, but Stripe must be connected first.


Growth Plan — $279 / location / month

Built for multi-location operators, scaling brands, and locations with 50+ desks or high booking volume.

Platform fee: 0%. Co-Desk charges no additional fee on any transaction — you keep everything.


How the Platform Fee Works

On the Founder Plan, Co-Desk collects a 1% fee on bookings processed through the platform. This is separate from Stripe's own payment processing fee. The fee is collected automatically — you don't need to configure anything.

On the Growth Plan, there is no platform fee. Stripe's standard processing fees still apply (typically ~2.9% + 30¢ per transaction, depending on your region and Stripe plan).


Choosing Your Plan

Start on the Founder Plan if:

  • You're launching your first location
  • You have one location with under 20 desks, 7 offices, or 2 meeting rooms
  • You want to validate operations before investing more

Upgrade to Growth if:

  • You're opening a second location
  • You're approaching desk, office, or meeting room limits
  • You want AI-generated reports and advanced analytics
  • You want to remove the Co-Desk platform fee

Common Questions

Can I upgrade from Founder to Growth later? Yes — contact Co-Desk support to upgrade. Your data, members, and configuration carry over.

What happens if I exceed the Founder Plan limits (e.g., more than 20 desks)? Contact Co-Desk support before adding more resources than your plan allows. Exceeding limits requires upgrading to the Growth Plan.

Is Stripe required on the Growth Plan? Stripe is strongly recommended on both plans for online payment collection. The Growth Plan gives you more flexibility with alternative payment gateways.
