Setting Up Other Resources
What Are Other Resources?
Other Resources are flexible, bookable assets that don’t fit into desks, offices, or rooms.
Examples:
- Parking spaces
- Podcast studios
- Event halls
- Storage units
They behave like standard resources and can be booked based on availability and pricing.

- Click Create resource
- Fill in:
- Name
- Description
- Capacity
- Location
- Floor
- Size
- Visibility — Public or Hidden

Manage Availability
- When enabled, the system tracks availability and prevents double-bookings
- When disabled, the resource can be booked without limits
- Once enabled, it cannot be turned off
Pricing
Other Resources use rates:
- Hourly
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly
You can define multiple rates within the same group, but you cannot mix hourly with daily/weekly/monthly.
Using with Subscriptions
Other Resources can be assigned to subscriptions, just like desks and offices.
