What Are Services?

Services are one-time items or add-ons that can be purchased without availability or scheduling.

They are ideal for:

  • Printing credits
  • Locker rental
  • Cleaning fees
  • Equipment usage (not time-based)

Services can be purchased unlimited times — there is no availability limit.

Creating a Service

  1. Go to Inventory → Services
  2. Click Create service
  3. Fill in:
    • Name
    • Description
    • Capacity — optional reference value
    • Location
    • Floor
    • Size — optional
    • Price — enter the amount (enter 0 for free, price includes taxes)
    • Cancellation period — define cancellation rules
    • Require Confirmation:
      • No — orders are approved immediately
      • Yes — requires manual approval
    • Visibility:
      • Public — visible in the portal
      • Hidden Space — accessible via direct link
    • Photo
  4. Save

How Services Work

  • No availability tracking
  • No time slots or scheduling
  • Can be purchased unlimited times
  • Charged once per purchase
